To turn on automatic recordings

To turn on automatic recordings, navigate to the main screen. 

  • Locate the tab on the left labeled “Account Settings.”

Under “Account Settings,” find the “Rooms” section.

  • Click on the settings icon for room you want to edit. 

Under “General,” find the Automatic Recording section.

  • If you choose to turn this on, meetings for this room will automatically record

If you choose to not turn on the automatic recording feature, you can also record while you’re in the meeting room. 

Inside the meeting room, click the record icon in the menu bar to begin recording the meeting.
