- Accessing Guest Controls:
- As the host, locate the guest’s name under their video.
- Initiating Screen Sharing:
- Click three dots next to the guest’s name to access additional options.
- Click three dots next to the guest’s name to access additional options.
- Enabling Screen Sharing:
- From the dropdown menu, select “Enable Screensharing.”
- From the dropdown menu, select “Enable Screensharing.”
- Once enabled, the guest will have the capability to share their screen with others in the meeting.
