Setting Up a Meeting (if you are not an Agent CRM user):

Accessing Account Settings:

  • From the main screen, find and click on “Account Settings” on the left-hand side.


Navigating to Room Settings:

  • Within “Account Settings,” click on “Rooms.”
  • Choose the specific room for your meeting.


Accessing Room Settings:

  • Click on the “Settings” icon associated with the chosen room.

Copy/Paste Room URL:

  • Once in the room settings, locate the room URL.
  • Copy the URL to paste it into a text or email to share with your meeting participants.
